Appointments

  • Please make appointments by phone MON, TUE, THU between 9 and 12 o'clock.
  • Please allow about 45 minutes for your appointment!
  • It is important not to scrape off the tongue coating before the treatment appointment!
  • If you bring new findings, please arrive a few minutes earlier for your appointment or send us your findings scanned by email to ordination@tcm.wien a few days before your appointment. Thank you!

Costs

Fee schedule from January 1, 2025

Each appointment includes:

  • Medical history, as needed with detailed consultation, comprehensive examination, pulse and tongue diagnostics
  • Physioenergetic testing
  • Acupuncture
  • Therapy suggestion with individual prescription (Chinese herbal formulation and/or other medication as needed)

To ensure sustainable treatment success, follow-up appointments at regular intervals are recommended.

Payment

  • Cash or debit card
  • Please inquire with your private health insurance, if available.
  • In most cases, 80% of the fee is covered.
  • Unfortunately, social insurance covers only a very small part.

Appointment Cancellations

Since I can only treat a limited number of patients, I ask you to cancel or reschedule appointments that cannot be kept, if possible 4 working days before the agreed appointment by phone or email. This gives patients on the waiting list the opportunity to take this appointment.

We unfortunately have to charge for short-term cancellations. I ask for your understanding!
